This dissertation presents theoretical and experimental studies of details, which includes the following main parts:Theory of optical centering errors, the influence of stress distortion and centering errors of lenses on imaging quality, classical and modern method of controlling of optical centering errors, optical centering errors measurement instrument and method.There're tow examples of the optical alignment procedure of tow high precision objectives in this dissertation, and the analyses of precision of decent ration measurement and the testing data were listed in detail.At the end of this dissertation, the author put forward a new design of the mechanic structure of objective which based on the no-touch laser measurement device. |
