Aeroengine is the most important part of plane, It's structure is most complex, it requires the highest precision and reliability, at the same time, the requirement on performance is the strictest because of being influenced by all kinds of disturb factors under the worst work condition, The aim for designing Aeroengine fault monitor system is to ensure monitor the performance and reliability of engine is effectively and timely and diagnose the impediment. Through timely monitor system, adjust performance and analyse the fault so as to improve the quality of the engine finally. The paper based on operational requirement of engine and study the methods of aeroengine fault monitor, to provide a technical basis for engine monitor and diagnosis fault.Frist of all, the paper studies fault mechanism and characteristic of monitor object as well as confirms the performance criterion and primary function of aeroengine fault monitor system. It brings forward the design thought base on modularization and hiberarchy. Through combining the question on signal process we met and analyzing the makeup of system, it researches the correlative arithmetic of signal process. According to the system requirments, we choose suited monitor microprocessor.Second, the paper includes the design of hardware circuit which bases on system requirements, and has the following parts: sampling module; system module; control module. The software design modules of signal filter; data process; wavelet transform; management control; alarm output according to head computer and monitor microprocessor requirements.Finally, through dynamic running, the monitor system can pick-up fault information effectively. To allocate the fault database, the compared with the former one, the system ensure to satisfy the demands of fault monitor system.
