Air Digital Camera Hardware System To Achieve

Aero digital-camera is the substituted production of aero film camera. In the air, it screens real scenes of ground-objects using high resolving capability, large surface array CCD components. At the same time, scout-pictures can be stored in the camera directly or be translate to ground control centers or other planes through digital transmited system. Compared with aero film-camera, it's prominent characters are good Real-time capability, small volume and convenient for digital image disposal later.At present, CCD is one of the most widely used opt-electric detective device, the image acquiring system based on CCD is also widely applied in many fields such as military, aircraft , Medicine, Chem-Engineering. CCD's with Mega pixels are popular on the market, the image acquisition and processing system based on ten-mega CCD is still on the stage of research and development at the lab.As the pivotal subassembly of aviation digital camera, the driver system based on CCD affects the imaging quality of aviation digital camera directly. And the static prevention problem in application affects the safety of CCD component. For the sake of these problems, a CCD's ciruit of outside design is introduced in this thesis. CCD's chips of outside is used in this design, including TDA9991HU SAA8103, AD9824, C8051F330 . Moreover, some problems need to be considered during the design of large resolution CCD image sensor (two core of pixels) are also discussed in detail in this article. The circuit design has simple configuration, reliability and high integration.The realization of High-speed digital image storage system(HSDISS) refer to bus, memory medium, array, protocol, developing software and hardware and other pivotal technologies. In this research, based on SCSI bus and FAST-40 bottom protocol, through bottom designs HSDISS is designed by hardware technology and put forward practical design scheme.
