Launch Vehicle Propellant-Utilization System is one of the key subsystems whichhave multi-functional, complex, high reliability requirements. System programming, thechoice of parameters must to be calculated, analysis and tests. Launch vehicle flighttests expensively, and does not allow use a great deal experiments, so system simulationtest has become necessary. At the same time, with the increasingly complex systemsand detailed division of work, traditional centralized systems can no longer satisfied therequirements of simulation. Therefore, research the modeling and simulationdistributedplatform and related technology is also very necessary. Based on the above ideas, thearticle aimed at domestric CZ serial launch vehicle, establish simulation models ofPropellant-Utilization System thoughout the MATLAB/Simulink environment, andresearch the Distributed modeling and simulation platform -HLA.Based on MATLAB/Simulink, mathematical models for Propellant-Utilization Systemwere constructed by block diagram language.The simulation adopted Runge-Kutta method.According to the system functions, the simulation model firstly was departed fivemodules, Time Module, Engine Consumption Module, Fuel Surplus Module, Oxidizer SurplusModule and Propellant- Utilization Control Valve Module. At last integted the five modules' model,we got the simulation modle. According the test of the model, the simulation result indicated theprecision satisfied the requirement. Through this model can understand the work of the Propellant-Utilization System's principles and characteristics, can training operators, aim for a solidfoundation for further study.The article researched the integration of Digital Launch-Vechle Simulation System. Theintegration mainly developed the interactive interface between simulation model and the system,RTI_MATLAB Middleware. It's based the HLA. Adapting the Engine Application Program ofMATLAB, the middleware mainly designed CAdaptorFederate and CEngineMgn class,implemented the related functions of Federal Member and the operation of engine. The middlewarecan fulfill the neccessry.
