| This paper emphasizes on the composite shell of rocket engine of the extended rang bomb. On the basis of the composite material mechanic and composite material structure mechanic, the program ANSYS 8.0 is applied to analyze the stress, intension and failure of the shell of rocket motor under the high axial acceleration and inner pressure. At first, through calculating the different kinds of winding fabrics, the influence is studied which the mode of the winding fabric has on the intension. According to the actual structure of rocket motor, modeling, meshing and loading, then solving and analyzing four kinds of layer stacking At last, on the condition of meeting the need of axial intension, the intension of the shell is proved which is on work, the right scheme can be got by comparing and analyzing. The result indicates that selecting the fit material and designing the right layer stacking can improve the intension of the shell of rocket motor, reduce the negative mass of the rocket.The result of analysis provides a basis for the application of composite material on rocket engine. |
