Through analyzing the current situation of testing and classifying process in the production of photosensitive resistance, aiming at the practical problems of not high precision, not fine consistency and low efficiency production due to classifying by hand, a kind of new-type intellectual photosensitive resistance measurement device based on USB bus interface technology is developed in this paper.In the hardware respect, according to the characteristics that the data are acquired and processed with in the classifying course of photosensitive resistance, through controlling 12 bits high speed A/D converter AD574 by SCM AT89C52, finished acquiring the data such as bright resistance , dark resistance , etc of the eight channels photosensitive resistances. The sample data is sent to the computer through the USB data transmission module including PDIUSBD12 chip, through analyzing and processing, get the classifying result of the measured resistances, and is showed through the classifying and display circuit.In the software respect, the SCM procedures of data acquiring module and USB data transmission module are designed in C language, USB51S function library of PHILIPS is adopted to explain USB data transmission agreement in the procedure of USB interface SCM. Windows DDK is used to develop the drive program. The application program of the upper computer is designed by making use of EasyD12 library offered by PHILIPS and Visual Basic 2005. The data acquiring module and the classifying and display circuits are controlled accurately , and the measurement result is analyzed by the upper computer and saved in the computer.In the end of the paper, the important points in the courses of the system design and debugging are summarized, and the future of automatic production of photosensitive resistance is looked forward to.
