Abstract/Summary:
In this dissertation, take cruise missile as subject, a design project of exploded fragment is created, the theory about the process of impact between the fragment and the aim and numerical simulation are done, at last the performance of exploded fragment is also validated by the experiments.Main Content be studied by this paper and Conclusion:1 The process of impact between the fragment and the aim is instituted by the numbers .Base on the analyse of the fabric and material of the cruise missile , equivalent target is gained; total impact time and the force during the process of impact between the fragment and the aim are researched ;the shock initiation mechanism and critical condition are developed for the initiation of explosives impacted by exploded fragment, at last base on those and combine with the shock initiation theory of common fragment , initiation energy of critical condition is established, which is fitted for the exploded fragment;2 Two kind of fragments are designed according to the theory about the process of impact between the fragment and the aim, which are shelled explosives fragment and contain-energy fragment. The shock initiation performance of shelled explosives fragment is tested by numerical simulation;3 The experiments of launch intensity and shock initiation are done , it can be seen from the experiments that two kind of fragments can gain their' s purposes and the critical velocity is gained , at the same time, the numerical simulation proved to be in the permitted extension;4 Base on the experiment and many kinds of numerical simulations, the effects of parameters on the performance of shock initiation are researched, at the same time, base on former experience formula, the experience formula of critical velocity is gained , which is fitted for explored fragment.
