Recuperator liquid gas digitalization test system is an important detecting equipment in the gun service operation. It is significant to detect the parameters of the recuperator's liquid and gas before firing. Generally, the system is used to acquire the parameters of the recuperator's liquid and gas, then to judge whether the recuperator is working regularly. So, to the artillery crew, accurate,reliable and durable liquid and pressure test system is a capable assistant.Based on LPC2210, the thesis is mainly discussed the designing process of the -recuperator's liquid gas digitalization testing system. The steps are like this. First, to analyze the functions the testing system should possess, to separate the function modules, and then lift-out a preliminary design. The second is to accomplish the hardware design of the circuit modules of the testing system under the requirements of the preliminary design. The last step is to compile the programs of the testing system's software, so long as the system's functions can be realized. The ZLG/GUI is selected to fulfill the display requirement; the difficulty is reduced while the display effect is improved.The detection proved that the testing system is stable both in software and hardware aspects. However several recommendations were put forward to rectify some defects of the design.
