Along with China joins WTO, more and more foreign ventilators enter Chinese market. Because that foreign ventilators have had the history of almost 100 years, dumped rich theoretic knowledges and engineering experiences, have the very priority in the quality, reliability, function and feature. The Chinese is later in the peace of research and development of ventilator, and falls behind the foreigns in technologies. Just because this, the composer try to develop a new ventilator in order to varify the out-date situation of Chinese ventilator. In this project, the composer selects a lot of high-quality components and parts in order to arise the reliability of ventilator, designs a whole scheme of high-function inteligen ventilator, deeply researches the theory and technology of the high-function inteligen ventilator's key technology—PSV's fuzzy control algorithm. The previous ventilator has only control ventilation mode, uses usual PID algorithm and receives satisfactory result. But, to the advanced ventilation mode—PSV, usual PID algorithm seemly becomes no satisfactory. Because the control object of ventilator is human's lung, and human's lung is a non-linear distributed-characteristic time-varied object, it is difficult to setup an exact mathematic model, the control result is bad using usual PID algorithm, But fuzzy control displays good feature in the situation difficult to setup a model of control object. The composer designed a fuzzy PID controller, used the composer's experiences developing ventilators more than ten years and the experiences of medical experts to setup a fuzzy control rules dbase, setuped an algorithm through deep theoretic analyze.
