| The safe of road taffic is related to constructs stable country and harmonious society, is related to the national economy smooth development and people's life and property security, and is related to enterprise's economic efficiency. Nowadays, the transportation'capacity of the society is growing very fast, and many factors that affect the safty of road traffic are becoming complex day by day. Under those conditions, how to scientific and effectual manage the safty of road traffic is becomes problem which urgently waits to be solved.On a base of following those principles that are oneness, science, conciseness, suitability, feasibility, we were all-around each kind of factor that affects the safty in production of the road traffic enterprises. Then, using the method of G1 to confirm all targets's weight. Finally, we were completely constructed the assessment system of safty that about road traffic enterprises, and established the standed of marks.In this foundation, I was utilized C# which is an object-oriented development language and Access 2003 that is a database management system to designed computer aided system of assessment, which was about road traffic enterprises's secure production. The system can be easily handled and its surface is good. It can fast, accurate and highly effective to finish the work of assessment, and produced integrity assessment report form.This computer aided system simplified the assessment work. Under the surface of this software'guide, users can with ease complete assessment work, which avoided the wrong result that was because of man-made's calculating misplay. |
