Cement stabilized gravel base has advantage on its high strength, low cost and wide source, widely used in West of China, but in the long run, it is weak in premature destroy. Furthermore, singularity evaluating indicator and disunion test experiment are drawbacks also. With more laboratory test, theory analysis and test road building, design method and road property of high performance cement-stabilized grave base is brought forward and systematically studied in this paper. At the same time, frost-thaw circulation experiment is systematically studied and a rational test method is brought forward.Base on aggregate gradation theory studied, combined with civil cement-stabilized gravel studied fruit, fourteen representative aggregate gradation is compared and studied. 7 day press resistance strength and peecenbagee of void is used as the control indicator, and semi-experience and semi-theory mixture design is adopted. this paper put forward optimum aggregate gradation and validates it by researching difference road property. At last, high performance cement-stabilized grave base is formed. Simultaneity, this paper points out some evaluating indicator which evaluate the aggregate performance, the mixture road performance and flexibility performance after base destroy. These conclusions are proved well in test road construction.
