The dissertation firstly introduces the actuality of bearing inspecting on line. For existing problems using mechanism instruments, improved scheme is put forward. According to it, the dissertation includes abundant work in deducing mathematic model, software and hardware design, and measurement systems analyzing etc. The dissertation is divided into six parts, and the main content of each part is presented as follow:In chapter 1, it discusses the background and development of bearing inspecting inland, and brings forward the research content. Then it discusses the application of the sensor and embedded technology that related to. At last it mentioned the frame of the dissertation and the purpose of the task.Chapter 2 is about the mathematic model of roundness error measurement. Firstly it discusses a few methods of roundness evaluating and measurement. Then the formula deducing is given to the measuring model on V-shaped block. For the regular bearing outer loop, it gives the connection between roundness and measurement. For the irregular, it gives the average reflection coefficient. It is basic of measurement and analyzing.In chapter 3, it introduces the hardware design of measure system. Firstly it shows a hardware chart. Then it introduces the sensor, filter, digital to analog and etc. At last the display module is presented.Chapter 4 is about the system migration and application software design. System migration includes Real Time Operating System and display system. Then it introduces the application of uc/os-II, and the main program is divided into 5 tasks. At last it discuses the data processing task and arithmetic.Chapter 5 is about the measuring systems analysis. It includes error theory assessing flow and measuring result analysis of uncertainty degree. Eliminating error methods are introduced at last.In chapter 6, the work of the dissertation is summarized and the further research work is looked forward.
