City Taxi Has The Amount Determined

A model is developed to obtain an appropriate number of urban taxi in this paper. The asymmetry of passengers on the distributing of time is adequately taken into account. Thinking over the satisfaction of both operators and passengers, the model is developed as a multi-object programming model. The paper puts forward a conception of "feedback". Then the problem turns into an iterative system. Thus, a more rational result is obtained. It offers a rational frame for decision-making.
