This article has mainly studied take the tank experiment as the background military underwater sound metering equipment mechanical and electrical control system.Because time underwater sound survey experiment surveys the request to be high, this article proposed the realization decides the deep underwater sound experiment system to the double rotation the intelligent control, may use the industry control computer, through the reasonable main line design, carries on the corresponding movement and the parameter control to 8 servo motors. Installs on the related movement part takes a bearing the sensor (or sensor module), the survey parameter of movement and the feedback gives the industry control computer. The industry control computer correlation controlled variable instruction is requests the movement, the location parameter interpolation according to engineer which the movement and the location parameter and measured, after the analysis computation to obtain, again bequeaths the servo motor by labor controlling machine the instruction the driver. Therefore, the control system intelligence controlled process is the computer to the electrical machinery the control signalling and the electrical machinery parameter of movement survey signal to the computer unceasing feedback process, constituted the information closed-loop system. The control structure selects the compound adjustment method which by the electric current, the rotational speed and the position three links is composed, electric current link uses the PID control algorithm, but the rotational speed and the snap ring use the fuzzy - PID intelligence control algorithm. On the background of the develop of the acoustic survey device, this paper aims to study and develop its orientation and depth control subsystem.In the end, the modeling and simulation of the system is performed. And the result shows that the fuzzy-PID algorithm adopted in the velocity and position feedback loop can fulfill the control system's requirement of orientation and velocity response. Thus validates that the fuzzy-PID algorithm is feasible in the system.
