In counter intellectual helicopters,ordinary-minds are mainly detecting and attacking targets, while the main-mines are functionally different. The father-mind are mainly used to identify helicopters, exchange information with the headquarters, control and collect the information that son-minds have detected, and enhance their whole campaigning abilities.Sound sensor could only detect the azimuth angle of a target, so a single sound sensor could not get the accurate position of the target. In order to get the position of a target quickly and accurately, information syncretic system use several sensors to locate the target by crossing the line of sight. However, due to the delaying characteristic of sound transmission, different sensors report the azimuth angle they detected at different time in one syncretic cycle. The position as a result decided by the azimuth angle information will be wrong. This paper adopted syncretic arithmetic which used several sensors to locate a single target. We dated back each azimuth angle, managed the sensors we chose and solved the problems caused by the different reporting time of each sensor in the process of information syncretize.In order to save electricity, the intellectual smalt mind was in dormancy in normal condition. To detect helicopters, we first have to distinguish the noise of a helicopter from the noise of the surroundings. If there is indeed a helicopter, we compare its type and it flying stance with the ones we stored to make sure it is our preconcerted attacking target. If the answer is positive, we start-up the locating circuit to track it and decide the best time to attack it. If not, go back to the alarming state, In this paper we identify the armed helicopters by its Crosses the zero rate, AR chart and Wavelet Transform chart. Store the Crosses the zero rate, AR chart and small wave chart of the information of the targets like different kind of helicopters, tanks and trucks. We compared the three charts of the signals with the standard ones for their similarities when detecting the target, and we could get three values, and then the similarity of the targets turns into the similarity of their values. With other characters, we could establish differentiating functions to identify targets.
