Gangue Filling On Highway Applied Research

According to the "Management Regulations about The Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Stone" in our country, the coal stones are the rock or coal-rock mixtures produced in the course of well's construction, excavation.In recent years, with the development of the highway construction, a lots of coal stones have been used as the filling materials of subgrade and building materials of pavement, it not only could secondarily use the coal stones, but also could decrease the expenses of taking over of land, and processed prominent benefits of economic.Combination with the achievements the "Research on The Subgrade of The highway Filled with Coal Stone", this paper has made research on the primary character of physics, chemistry, and engineering mechanics. The analysis results show that the chemic elements of coal stone in Zao Zhuang Diggings is made up of SiO₂, Al₂O-3, Fe₂O₃ mostly and they are much active. The radioactive level of coal stone is lower than radioactive wastes provision of our country, so it can not bring radioactive pollution and be fit for filling materials of embankment. Every guide line can accord with demand of filling embankment highway with coal stone which mass loss after burning is lower than 20% after sell-ignite and the capability is better than soil. According to the experience of concrete construction, this paper has posted the requirements and the technique of construction about the embankment of the highway filled with the coal stone. At last the author analyzes benefit of economy about the use of the coal stone, and brought forward the proposal about comprehensive utilization of coal stone.
