| The overall modal of test-bed for Test & Control System is built, based on deeply analysis of tri-speed thermal torpedo's Power & Propelling System in a overall design view. In the paper, the general building of Test & Control System, the building of all parts' simulation model (subsystem or module),testing software designing , simulation test-bed, rotation rate control designing and variable fuel pump designing are discussed mainly.According to analysis of thermal torpedo's Power & Propelling System and parts, the models of main machine and accessories in mathematics method are built and optimized in order to make them easier in computer simulation.Depending on the optimized model of thermal torpedo's Power & Propelling System, the method of rotation rate close-circuit control is used in rotation rate controller, which is based on Variable structure control for nonlinear systems. Finally, the rotation rate controller and variable fuel pump are designed and passed through the debugging.Aiming to the need of capability-testing of pivotal groupware and components, combining testing of underwater heat engine propeller closed loop control system, a new-style of hardware-in-loop test-bed was designed. The design of the hardware, key-technic, software are especially given.In the paper, CVI and Virtual Instrument technology (VI) are used to design software and test-bed, so that we can verify thermal torpedo's Power & Propelling System and parts. |
