Recently, the greenhouse planting in our country has been required rapidly development, but the way of controlling-environment for the greenhouse is very original. Especially, to adjust humidity usually uses the way of changing air from one state to another state by nature or compulsively, which is at the cost of reducing indoor temperature. Therefore, it is necessary for the greenhouse to design a kind of dehumidify device with the lower usage costs and manufacturing costs.In this paper, the author compares the foreign dehumidify technique with the domestic, and aims at the usage present condition of greenhouse in our country to design a kind of dehumidify system with the lower usage costs and manufacturing costs which is used in the closed space, the system is appropriate for the greenhouse with air internal circulating. The cross-flow fan is used in the system creatively to send compulsory the breeze, this system consists of three sorption layers and the inflation pearl rock adsorbent and by solar energy drying equipment so as to circulate again. By experiment in the full-automatic control weather house, it can be proved that this system has a preferable dehumidify result, under the same dehumidify request, by comparing cooling-dehumidifying with compulsively deliver breeze dehumidify method, the adsorption method can be saved 20.2% energy and 95.3% energy. I wish that system could get the application broadly in the greenhouse of our country.Theoretically, in this paper, based on the fluxion and transmit heat, taken the turbulence k-εmodels and the wall functions as the theory base of making numerical analysis to the airflow in the absorption device, under the constant temperature condition about the basic equation of gas flow in the fixed-bed is set up. Based on the basic equation of heat and mass transfer, the mathematics model of the external flow is build up, from the solve results of the equation, the design principles of the basic parameter in the air external flow is put forward. On the bases of the principles the experiment device is designed, it is proved that this device has the energy-saving effects.Through orthogonal experiment, the relation between the system unit consumption of the dehumidify quantity and the system parameter are assured, to make use of orthogonal table to comprehensive analysis to search for the superior structure parameter of work parameter.I wish that the researches for dehumidify in the closed space had a practical uses; for the economic dehumidify system will be researched and extended in our country, had some social and economic value.
