It has important influence on working performance of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine that distributing valve system is reasonable or not. With integrated consideration of liquid's compressibility influence of pump-valve's kinematic Westphal Phenomena on liquid consistency in cylinder and also consideration of distributing valve system's dynamic characters, the kinematic differential equations on HCPE' s distributing valve system are given, the corresponding simulation on W385-16/2, 3-cyllinders-HCPE the research group is developing is shown also. After that, regarding volume efficiency and valve system's operating life as goal function, using conditions of no-impact liquid's velocity of flow in valve aperture dimension of system and boundary as restrain conditions, using main structural parameter of valve system as design variables, multi-goal optimization design mathematic model is established on valve system of HCPE with linear addition method of evaluation function method. With MATLAB language and compound-shape method of optimal design, a software is designed to be after solution aiming at W385-16/2,3-cyllinders-HCPE.Distributing valve system of W385-16/2, 3-cyllinders-HCPE has stable working performance during 1200r/min~2000r/min, however, there is bigger concussion due to acceleration and bigger unseal-delay-angles and seal-delay-angles;volume efficiency drops quickly with unseal-delay-angles and seal-delay-angles increasing after 1600r/min, and volume efficiency descends evidently when valve's inherent frequency is integer multiple of working frequency of whole machine;when valve system can be satisfied with various request coming from the whole machine, designer should minish quality and maximum displacement of valve and increase diameter of valve as possible as they can.
