The dissertation has researched on ultra-high frequency induction heating power supply and analyzed several classical topologies, which are commonly used in the ultra-high frequency power supply. After detailed analyzing the full-bridge LLC resonant inverter, it proposed a novel two-switch LLC resonant inverter topology.Detail operation principle, math analysis of the characteristics and design algorithm for such a novel topology are presented. The inverter control strategy and the protections of this topology were detailed analyzed in this thesis too. It was the theory which supported the prototype.The computer simulations and experiment results, obtained from a 1MHz prototype, verify the theoretical analysis of this novel topology. |
