Liquid dehumidification and air conditioning system was a new scheme for air conditioning with competing power. It was well established for its no pollutions, low power expenditure, flexible operations and realizing regeneration with source of low grade heat. In this article, on the basis of analyzing this technique and liquid dehumidification principle, the experimental cooling liquid dehumidification facility was set up. In the experimental study of cooling liquid dehumidification facility, the results showed that it had high dehumidify capability if added some air wash in the liquid dehumidification process.The mathematical model with cooling liquid dehumidification system was built integrated with conversation of energy in dehumidification process. It had been demonstrated in contrast with experimental and calculated results that the simplify model was useful. A conclusion was achieved on the basis of analyzing the threshold parameter's sensitivity which affected dehumidification ability. On the definition of dehumidification efficiency and enthalpy efficiency, cooling liquid dehumidification system's experimental facility was set up. Relative coefficient was achieved based on the regression equation. The contrast results between coefficient and experimental result showed that they were consistent and the formula was helpful. Furthermore, an analysis of simplifying the solution regeneration system's mathematical model which had inner heat reservoir was done. The calculative result was reached.A new dehumidification air conditioning was put forward on the research above. The procedures were as follows. Firstly, on the basis of thermocompression air conditioning, liquid dehumidification system was added. Secondly, dehumidification solution was sprayed on the evaporator and condensator directly. The evaporator's cooling was used in dehumidification. The condensator's heat was used in the solution's regeneration. The latent heat charge and sensible heat charge were treated at the same time in this air conditioning process. Meanwhile, the new air conditioning system was calculated used the simplified moisture ejector and regenerator model. The results indicated that this air conditioning could be used to dehumidify and cooling and the treated air was in order. In the dehumidification air conditioning, thermocompression system's evaporation and condensation temperature were adjustable. These reduced the dependence on electric power. If the system had not enough regeneration ability, solar energy, waste heat and other sources of low grade heat could be used. This new dehumidification air conditioning was an important part of the new air conditioning systems.
