| Electrical Vehicle (EV) is a popular trend in the world. It is involved with automobile engineering, control of the motor and the technology of battery. The importance of Electrical Vehicle is recognized by the governments and some other large companies. Some of them have already had their own production.Four-wheel-motored vehicle of independent suspension represents the future of vehicle development with its compact construction, high efficiency of power transmission and "zero emission."With the Ackerman principle, this paper has analyzed the four-wheel-differentia of EV model during the steering of EV, found the relationship expression between the angle of steering of each wheel and its rotate speed, and established a speed distribution scheme during the four wheels. A virtual model of EV also has been set up and Ackerman geometry has been analyzed by using the Motion module of Pro/Engineering, then the curve of rotate angular relationship between inner wheel and outer wheel was attained. Comparing it with the ideal curve, the error between the two curves has been analyzed in order to fix on the reasonable parameters of the Ackerman geometry which is going to be used on practical EV. |
