A loader works in bad environment, which even does harm to the human body, therefore, the research on the intelligent loader by remote control can not only lower the worker's labor, but also raise the efficiency of the loader. Domestic loader technique level is currently lower, which is impacted by the foreign brand. The technology of the intelligent control can enhance the technique level of the loader, which will meet the local market demand and also increase the export. It will contribute to the development of the loader in our country. For raising the automation level of the loader control significantly, Shanghai Baoxin Software CO.,LTD, Central South University and Guangxi Liugong Machinery CO.,LTD decide to sign a research project "the intelligent loader" by the market research and domestic and international related technique investigations. It is aimed to make the Fuzzy Neural Network Control research on the loading of the intelligent loader based on CAN-BUS control system. The research includes:(1)We adopt the EPEC2000 control modules to constitute CAN-BUS distributed system in order to realize the reliability of the control system.(2)The force acted on the bucket has been analyzed and a way of resistance-reducing loading, which is achieved by the Fuzzy Neural Network Control, is proposed.(3)The whole project is proved by experimental data in the test. The project of Fuzzy Neural Network Control mentioned in this thesis is proved feasible and efficient, which has accomplished the aim of the research. A conclusion can be made that the implement is as efficient as a skillful personnel by comparing two ways.
