Avionics system is an important part of aircraft. Reliability analysis is absolutely necessarily in aircraft design. However, there are many problems, such as heavy working intensity, poor efficiency and high error probability in trade methods, which depend on reliability chart or FTA. This thesis construct and analysis the avionics system model with method of FTA synthesize Petri Net, also the thesis take advantage of computer simulate technology and Object Oriented Programming in order to predigest programmed structure and control the size of the model.Firstly, construe and sum up the method of reliability analysis, and point out their advantage and fault. Present the synthetic analysis method of DFTA and Petri Net. Contrapose the FT, four kinds of Petri Net models related to series or ,and ,vote ,hot reserve are built. Simulate the reliability Petri Net models of avionics system. In order to prove the correctness of method in this thesis, process and analysis reliability models based on Petri net with the computer simulate. Also simulate typical system reliability Petri net models and conclude for it.Simulate the reliability Petri net model of avionics system. The simulation result indicates that the system used redundant design can obviously enhance the reliability of systems.
