The GPS/RDSS/SINS intrgrated navigation system is a modern navigation system,summing up independence of SINS, hight accuracy of GPS, and reliability of RDSS.It has characteristics consisting hight accuracy, independent reliability andminiaturization. This is an important development direction of the navigation system forour country. The main work of the paper include:1). Put forward a kind of simple method of the creation sail vestige. Design a traceconsisting many kinds of type action. The trace was simulated and researched withMatlab/Simulink soft tool.2). The work principles and error models of GPS RDSS and SINS were analysisedrespectively. These navigation systems were simulated on the computer withmatlab/simulink soft tool. Emphasized to discuss the scheme of GPS constellationselection and advanced a simple kind of method that six-satellite GPS constellationselection.3). Studied the combination mode of the GPS/SINS, RDSS/SINS. A Hoo robustfederated filter based on position-velocity model was designed to integrate data from allsensors to provide accurate and robust vehicle positioning data. The subsystems wereanalyzed and simulated respectively. The results of simulation indicate that Hoorobust federated filter has strong robust, high information redundancy, and redibility.
