| Acoustic Emission (AE) of optical fiber technology is a kind of advanced technology that present nondestructive detection puts forward, the fiber sensor has many advantages such as high precision immunity to electromagnetic interference, easily to realize distributive, real-time measurement, and so on, it will become the new development direction of nondestructive detection technology. In actual detection, in order to location AE source, we need to at the same time gather the AE signal of many passageways to be used to analysis, then it must solve for having produced the plenty of data of real time and how to realize the high speed data collection system of high performance to become the problem that must be solved..This paper designes a high speed data collection system based on PCI Bus line have solved this problem. This system is devided into two parts, signal collection handling modular and data storage transmission modular. Signal collection handling modular collection AE signal, optimizing it, the AD Converter changing AE signal to the digital signal. In data storage transmission modular, we adopt PCI bus line and FIFO data memory carry out succession for plenty of data to storage transmission, guarantee AE signal accurate collecting.When designing signal collection handling modular, we have analysed demonstration for the property of AE signal, based on technique demand, we put forward the overall structure of the modular and have designed photoelectric conversion circuit, enlarge circuit, filter circuit and AD conversion circuit. Besides, we have analysed enlarge circuit, filter and AD conversion circuit, have been made the calculation method of those parameters and element choice.When designing data storage transmission modular, we carry out the foundation of the understanding in-depth for the PCI agreement of bus line, have put forward the data storage transmission scheme based on the PCI9054 controller, FIFO data memory and CPLD. And we have designed the driver and the hardware circuit of this modular.Finally, on the foundation that carries out theoretical design, we have produced the hardware of each composition modular. After handling those two modulars to separate debug to have no mistake and working stability, even carry out two modules together to debug , test experiment result , give waveform to designing to carry out experiment verification.
