Abstract/Summary:
Along with the marvelous development and recognition of the integral solid rocket ramjet, the nozzleless motor exhibits many advantages. The nozzleless solid rocket motor is a new type of motor which differs from the traditional motor, refers to many subjects and has a very complex system process.The lack of the mechanical nozzle causes great changes of the inner flow field, thus flow condition of nozzleless solid rocket motor changes greatly, and the traditional internal ballistic calculation methods become inapplicable. Therefore, the internal ballistic calculation research is the focus of this paper, in which both simplified calculation and numerical calculation are applied, the description of its physical model, mathematic model and solving methods are focused on, at the last the engineering methods of nozzle-less motor internal ballistic are discussed. Taking the requirements of the missile system into account, the equations of one-dimensional internal ballistic calculation under unsteady flow conditions are given, to offer the parameters for nozzle-less solid rocket motor, at last, to supply one means for the system optimization.A software for the nozzleless solid rocket motor calculation and research is made, in which the modularization design is applied, and the process is based on both the objective techniques and structured techniques. The software has very good independency, dynamic link ability, expansibility, and maintenance ability. The software tries to include various methods of the nozzleless solid rocket motor internal ballistic calculation and design, and to possess good integration, good interface.
