With the development of the power industry of our country, the annual emission of the fly ash has already been up to 0.18bil tons till 2003, and it still increases at the speed of 6 million tons every year. Among them , a little amount of grade fly ash is utilized, the majority (about 90%) is bad activation, thick particle wet arrange fly ash and it dose not get effective use. It not only takes up the land but also pollutes the environment seriously. Meanwhile, the cement concrete is used extensively in the large-scale infrastructure construction of our country. The output of cement in our country is up to 0.97bil tons till 2004, accounting for approximately 40% of the world's cement output. It has a net increase of 0.108bil tons and the increase rate is 12. 5% compare to last year. The produce of cement not only consumes plenty of natural resources such as lime raw materials, argillaceous materials and plenty of energy as coal and electricity , but also discharges a large amount of CO2 and dust into the air, which makes the earth get into the results of greenhouse effects and worsen environment, damaging the human's health directly. In addition, it consumes resources while destroying the earth's surface plants, encroaching on the fragile ecosystem.The "Resources—Products—waste disposal" one-way flow of the confrontational economy-- recycle economy , leads to the benign cycle of "Resources—Products—waste". Facing the increased burden of environment and the reduced resource of our nature material ,only to develop recycle economy is very difficult to realize economic high and sustainable growth.This text carry on the research on high admixture (50% more than) wet range fly ash concrete application of the highway engineering, widen use and reduction way, which let us realized protecting environment , economize resource and energy , decreasing project cost (20%~40% ) to achieve. That has obvious society , economy , environment and ecological benefits , according with the sustainable developmentstrategy.Though the study of wet range fly ash ratio > strength properties > drying shrinkage and lasting properties ,we not only bring up the right method and construction craft about wet range fly ash concrete but also carry out a lot of test , wet range fly ash admixture up to 67%, wet range fly ash concrete mark number up to C20.
