The subsidence control is key technology when freeway is constructed in alluvial plain of middle and lower reaches of Yellow River, especially ;in case of high roadbed and shorter construction time limit. In this paper, relying on the high filling subgrade at lead engineering of Bin-zhou Yellow River Highway Bridge in 205 national highway , geogrid with sparing cement flour upon piles were adopted to treat high-filling subgrade. Based on field test, the rules of stress and settlement in unit reinforcement region were analyzed, the reinforcement mechanism was revealed, and all of them took credible tech support. By simulated test, the stress distributing rules of geogrid interface and the influences of layer, burial position, thickness between layers to reinforcement effect, were also analyzed. Through the results of triaxial test, the theories of equivalent ambient pressure to research reinforcement recombination soil were proved feasible. By FLAC-3D program, the numerical analysis to different operating conditions were done, the additional stress results of underlying stratum were contrasted with those of Boussinesq solution. In the last part of paper, by modified stabilized computing method, the stability of reinforcement with geogrid was analyzed. The designs and constructions of lead engineering of Bin-zhou Yellow River Highway Bridge were guided greatly by results of study. It has important academic guiding significance and use value to the design and construction of highway subgrade in soft ground. |
