With the constantly boosting vehicle speed and the increasingly attention to road traffic condition, more and more vehicle have equipped anti-lock braking system, and now the question is how to undisassembling test the large number of ABS using on vehicle, this is an exigent problem for domestic vehicle test calling. This paper designs an ABS test-bed on the basis of synthetically researching the work principium of automobile ABS and the road test measures. The test-bed can accurately undisassembling test the performance of ABS used on automobiles. The construction design has adequately considered the condition of domestic vehicle test, it can be installed on the vehicle performance test-line as a single work unit.This paper detailedly introduces ABS' theory base, construction and control principium; analyses different test measures, merit and defect of each measure; puts forward the test-bed test measure, finishs educing the theory, demonstrates the feasibility of ABS' performance test on the test-bed; selects the torque controller as the key component, realizes the dynamical simulation of vehicle brake process controled by ABS, exhibits the movement relation between wheel and road surface during braking process by the active rotor and driven rotor of torque controller, and this is helpful to test the slippage rate of ABS; finishs the construction and control system design of ABS test-bed.According to the primary suvery, there is no domestic production and patent about undisassembling performance test of ABS used on automobiles, so the test-bed designed in this paper has definite superiorty, it can solve the exigent problem of domestic vehicle test calling, it has important significance for the vehicle test calling's development and the road tracfic safety condition's improvement.
