| From the point of view of Material Mechanics and Man-Machine Engineering, it is necessary to test the vibration of large-scale structure. The vibration of large-scale structure belongs to the vibration of low frequency. When the low-frequency vibration is tested, the parameter of the test should be vibration displacement. But owing to the limitation of the test environment and the frequency response, vibration displacement is tested through accelerometer in a relative manner. In manner of this relative test, the result of the test is vibration accelerator signal. So digital signal process is needed to transform the accelerator signal to displacement signal.This article simply introduced the large-scale structure vibration displacement algorithm and described how to transform the acceleration signal to the displacement signal. Because this algorithm is established under the MATLAB simulation environment, therefore cannot process the signal in the actual project application in real-time. Therefore, how to transform the acceleration signal to the displacement signal in real-time is the problem which this article must solve. The digital signal process has its unique structure and can realize kinds of digital signal processing algorithm rapidly. Therefore this article proposed the hardware realization plan based on the digital signal processing (DSP).This article designed and realized the basic hardware system and the software system of the process platform for the large-scale structure vibration displacement algorithm based on DSP.This article's works includes:· According to sampling frequency, sampling precision as well as data operation quantity, to select the chief process chip, analog to digital chip and digital to analog chip. In this design we selected the TMS320F2812 32 bit fixedpoint process chip, AD7892 analog to digital chip and DAC1208 digital to analog chip.? According to the schematics, PCB layout has been done, and furthermore, the core circuit board of hardware has been accomplished via PCB manufacturing, soldering and debugging.? Realizes the large-scale structure vibration displacement algorithm on TMS320F2812, and optimizes the code.? After separated from the host development environment, the method of TMS320F2812 independent system boatload and downloading program into FLASH has been discussed.Practical development flow of embedded system is used as a clue to organize materials and construct the dissertation. In terms of introduction, Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 introduce the basic principle of large-scale structure vibration displacement algorithm and decided the hardware realization plan. Chapter 3 described the entire process of chip selection, schematic design, PCB design. Chapter 4 described the entire software design based on TMS320F2812. Chapter 5 summarizes the dissertation and presents prospects.I have taken part in the entire course of survey and development, and my task is emphasized on hardware principle design and software development, so I have the all-round and profound acquaintance with the whole system. This dissertation has explored key techniques and taken a basic and creative step in large-scale structure vibration signal process. These achievements are of advancement and latent economic benefit. |
