There is a great significance of theory and valuable application of engineering about the research of unsteady flow character in the system of hydrodynamic piping network. This paper bases on the theory of typical line about mathematics, aiming at the unsteady flow in the system of hydrodynamic piping network. Through the predigestion of part resistance and sticky modification, in this paper, the equation of typical line, the relational expression about typical line, and the method of solving about numerical value of flowing transient characteristic were deduced in the system of hydrodynamic piping network. In this paper, the boundary conditions also were built for solving the equation of typical line in the system of hydrodynamic piping network.The equipment of experiment for the research about character of transient state in the system of hydrodynamic piping network was creatively devised in the first time, including flow sensors, pressure transducers, solenoid valve, the system of high-speed data collection and the system of data's analysis and disposal etc. from the experimental research about all kinds of transient flow characteristic, a series of experimental data, which can be used in project, was achieved.Relating the liquid flow in the piping network of artificial experimental device, the model of typical line equations, which was deduced in this paper, were used in the calculating of numerical value about flow transient characteristic. The boundary conditions and initial state in the numerical simulation refer to the actual corresponding operating mode.In this paper, the analysis indicated the result about modificative approximate calculating method of typical line, dovetailing into the experimental data. The calculation method, in this paper, can apply engineering analysis and design study of unsteady flow in the system of hydrodynamic piping network.
