The dissertation mainly discussed the experiment on jet intensity sound device, in the dissertation, the author apply the CFD software—FLUENT to simulate jet turbulence field. In the experiment on jet intensity sound device, the audio frequencies under different parameters were measured and the application of the intensity sound in the material processing was also primarily validated.The dissertation included four parts. First, it introduced the basic acoustic principle and summarized the aeroacoustic and the aero sound's source. Second, the audio frequencies about jet intensity sound device were researched and a kind of jet intensity sound device was designed. Third, the author calculated the jet aero field by CFD, had a numerical simulation on turbulence field and proved the principle of aero's phonating. Fourth, the sound frequencies and their grade of the intensity of pressure under the designing parameters were proved by the experiment, for proving the design's rationality and validity.In summary, using the above mentioned device in the experiment, the material's mechanical capability could be improved evidently in the material heat treatment.
