| The application of engineering plastics material in automobile parts and components is beneficial to lighten the vehicle and reduce the cost of manufacturing, and also improve the economics of cars. In this thesis, some correlated researches have been done on design technology of plastics parts and components in automobile. The main work including: (1) Have given some analysis on design request of plastics parts and components in automobile, and the design flow has been brought basing on this work.(2)The program and debug environment is VC++6.0. In this environment, I have discussed how to create the pro/toolkit applications and how to make the menu and dialog box. The basic frame of automobile plastics parts and components design platform have been built in pro/engineer system.(3) In order to improve the practicability of design platform, I have developed the design knowledge-base primary, and based on this, many applicative modules have been set up mainly about material data-base and parameter 3D model data-base.(4) Set an example of the mould of front bumper in automobile; I have design its runner system and simulate the process of injection, and given some analysis on the result of the simulation. |
