Transfering water project of eastern Shandong from yellow river, is in the project of east line of South-to-North Water Transfer, important component of the main artery of Shandong " T " shape transfering water, It is important water conservancy projects that can realize the water resource rational distribution of the whole province, alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand of water resource in the area of eastern Shandong, improve the local ecological environment. There are many aqueducts in this project, it cross with highway and river as transfering water building, it is very important to its' design and safe reliability.This text is on the basis of describing various kinds of aqueduct types and receiving strength characteristic, has chosen theTaojinhe river aqueduct in water project from Yellow river as the research object, the strength situation was analysed by ansys procedure ,and we work out the internal force distributing law and strength characteristic.Then we sum up the calculational methods of reliability.because the he truss arch structure is a three-dimensional higher statically indeterminate structure, and no definite expression of the performance function can be given for its unbelievable complexity. Compared to the the calculational methods of reliability ,we select the Response Surface Method and solve the problem. By research of the truss arch's load effect structure resistance's distribution and statistics,combining the Finite element analytical procedure to common method of reliability, we analyse the reliability of the partial strength pole and evaluate the reliability , calculational result indicate that the reliability reach the request of the target reliability.the pole is safe and reliable.We research the reliability of system and analyse the main invalidating mode and calculation of the structural system's invalidating probability,At last we put forward the step-up hiberarchy mode of aqueduct-structural carrying capacity's Reliability.The researchers on the design and reliability of other Transfering water project of eastern Shandong from yellow river can draw experience from the textual work.
