The unit of Power Plant take part in peak adjustment,which need to improve the rate operating modes in various load operation, quicken the start and stop procedure.It is inevitable that the most parts(as tubine rotor) are in changeable working conditions.So it has important meaning to monitoring thefatigue consume of the key components.This article using the turbine rotor of BanShan Power Corporation (135MW—13. 2/535/535) as object of research.Using ANSYS program method to analyze the fatigue of Turbine Rotor. Which confirm the danger section. Using the method of finite difference analysis of dispersion to model and calculate the temperature field, stress field.life consume etc. Analysis the dispersion to model in seven layer and fifteen layer.so it is important to improve the exact and sensitivity. In the end, Through different start-up mode to test the valid of this method. And basing on the platform of the PI(Plant Information) real-time system developmenting Fatigue Expenditure monitored software. Now this system operate normaly in Power Plant.The system of the software is a representative example integrating the knowledge of Turbing and the specialty of PI system... This module can reflect the relation of stress and strain when added in the programme of monitoring the Fatigue Expenditure of Turbine Rotor.It is important to improve the security and guide the unit start-stop, changing load etc.
