The calculation of ATC(Available Transfer Capability) has become an important part of the research of the electric power market. This paper mostly researches the calculation of ATC,and uses a trust region interior-point method to the calculation model of TTC(Total Transmission Capacity) based on the OPF(Optimal Power Flow) arithmetic. The numerical results of IEEE-39 bus system are used to compare the method with the SQP method and demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
