In nowadays social many professions, the application of the pump is very extensive, the stability that it'circulate is the problem that can't neglect, but axial thrust is one of the important factors that affects the pump stabile circulation, currently, the"formula which calculate axial thrust of centrifugal pump is numerous, amount to more than ten, and same pump use the different formula calculation while result differ very greatly. Know to all, one of the reason of producing axial thrust is the dissimilarity of pressure distribute of liquid function front and back hub, it is thus clear if accurately calculate axial thrust, research pump chamber pressure distribute firstly.This paper acts IS250-150-315 the single stage centrifugal pump for research object, firstly setting up the flow model of pump chamber inside, applying Naiver- Stokes equation solves theoretic formula of the pressure distribute , and using the theoretic formula compute pressure with the radius changing, for the sake of the verifying theoretic formula, testing the pump pressure distribution inside pump chamber, studying the regulation of pressure changing inside the pump chamber under different work condition, comparing computing value to test Value , discover theoretic curve is almost parallel with measure curve under the design work condition, the work condition that is afterward also such, but before the design work condition is not parallel mutually and even hand over, so withdraw method of the modifying theoretic formula which is multiply coefficientk(q) before P2 or before Vu2 in the formula calculating and handling data get the relation curve of correction coefficient and the flow rate, this kind of curve goes into the theories formula and compute pressure inside the pump chamber be worth, after comparing measure pressure value , suggest that the revise formula whichmultiply coefficientk(q) beforeP2 in the theories formula is used, butowing to consider the safety of the pump , recommend to adopt calculation formula with r=155mmMoreover, adopting the CFD method to imitate the flowing regulation inside the pump chamber under different work condition, by comparing imitating value to computing value and measuring value, the value become more and more small along with the increment of the radius, The value is big in the least radius, explain flow more complicate in the least radius, thus caused the Fluent emulation not enough accurate.
