The Permanent magnet biasd electromagnetism bearing (PMEB) has greatadvantages over magnetic bearing in many fields. The Permanent magnet biasdelectromagnetism bearing compared with a active magnetic bearing it has reduce theelectric current of loops,and so reduce the volume of power amplifier and radiator inelectronic system,the power wastage of magnetic bearing also can be greatlyreduced,Therefore PMEB can be used in aviation ,spaceflight and the situation needmagnetic bearing have low volume.The main work of the discourse as follows: A new structure of PMEB is presented,named as permanent magnet biased 5-degreeof freedom electromagnetism bearing. Introduce the working principle of the bearing,and,set up mathematics model of suspension force with the mathod of an electric circuit analog.The progrme of magnetic circuit analysis is developed under the enviroment of Matlab,the analysis of coupling is done by the program.One downside of the integrated bearing isincreased coupling between the radial and axial degrees of freedom.The linearizationequation of suspension force are derived when permanent magnet flux andelectromagnetism flux simultaneity is effected. The finited element method based on different principle is successfully used in dataanalysis of permanent magnet biased 5-degree of freedom electromagnetism bearing.Theresult of the finited element method has substantiate the legitimacy of the new PMEB. Design the experimental equipment of permanent magnet biasd radialelectromagnetism bearing under the existed structure and theoretics.
