| A new flight control computer system designing method, rapid prototype method based on Matlab/RTW (Real-Time Workshop) and VxWorks real-time operation system, is introduced for realizing highly efficient and low cost development of highly secure flight control computer system in this dissertation.Firstly, a hareware-in-loop simulation platform of redundant flight control computer system is designed and built using rapid prototype method. A simply control and managment softare of flight control computer is developed. 10 boards' VxWorks drivers are developed. Hareware-in-loop simulation software kit is developed (including simulation management software, data gathering and processing software and visul simulation software). Simulink models of aircraft, sensors and rudders are designed by using Matlab.Secondly, hardware-in-loop simulation is done on this platform and the control and managment software are tested. Many fault inserting method are used on this platform to validate the security of the redundant flight control computer system.Lastly, the simulation platform is improved for testing another redundant architecture. |
