High performance airborne integrated measurement & control system is importmant to increasing the performance of aircraft system. In this paper, the design and implementation of an airborne integrated measurement & control system based on LonWorks technique is discussed in detail.The research focuses on parameter acquisition, digital signal processing and bus communication. Model aircraft is characteristic with many distributed parameters, real-time data processing, more requirement of bus communication. Aiming at this, several data acquisition nodes are designed based on neuron FT3150 and microcomputer AT89C52 to achieve multichannel data acquisition. And for each node, a LonWorks communication interface circuit is designed to implement system data communication. To achieve real-time data processing, a high-speed processing unit is designed based on DSP TMS320LF2407A. The result of experiment data process is analyzed, and the advantage and disadvantage of severial digital filtering method is discussed in detail. And a dial-port RAM interface circuit is designed to implement high-speed communication between DSP and PC 104 or FT3150. Moreover, several bus communication interfaces are designed such as RS232, ARINC429 and CAN bus. And an embedded PC 104 computer is used to implement the system integration and management. Finally, the paper describes the prospect of system application.
