Self-definition Technology For Document Workflow

Workflow management is one of the fastest developing technology in manufacturing industry in recent years. Its primary characteristic is to realize processes automation involving both human and computer-based activities.Being applied in office automation system and combining with database technology and web technology,Workflow technology will contribute lots of benefits to office automation.In this thesis the method of realization user-defined workflow technology was researched based on the analyses of multiformity and levity of transformation about business process in internal aviation enterprise.After that workflow information resource was rebuilt, some research on relevant problems of user-defined workflow were also discussed in this paper.Firstly.the composition of enterprise workflow model and modeling method was analyzed.From the view of microcosmic ,the method of designing entity model was presented.The composition of entity model and the interrelation of each part was analyzed,and the process to build organization model and process model was summarized.Secondly,the methods to realize user-defined workflow were analyzed and focus was placed on the method based on Lotus Domino,a kind of groupware platform.Based on the research of workflow principle on Domino platform,the ordinary workflow realization method was summarized and the solution in which business process is pre-defined by workflow manager was designed.Finally,an example of typical business process was given through an office automation system.According to the development process of this system,methods were given on building organization model.building and analyzing process definition model,designing program of controlling process and the design and realization of Web client.
