This paper simply describes working methods and origin of system safe, especially describes working process of missiles' weapon system safe. It relates on design, reliability, EMC, manufacture, quality, package and test etc, other specialities. By configuration composition and operating theory of x anti-tank missile weapon system and two kinds of risk fountain, it generally has been analysed hazard degrees and effects such as high temperature, high pressure or lower pressure etc. bad extremely circumstance. According to safe assessment methods, it points out no accept risk fountains of missiles weapon system, establishes safe model of missiles' weapon system and confirms safe index of common missiles. It demonstrates FMECA of missiles' system. By methods and consider paths of safe design, It shows clear priority that takes safe measures-controlled energy, remove and control danger, isolation, stopper, lock, catenation, probability design and damage toleration, electrical and mechanical redundancy, failure-safe, give an alarm, deterioration restrain and weakness link design.
