Along with improving of the train speed and increasing of the train amount ,it request more and more safety in the train traveling. To remove the hidden trouble in the traveling and also to enhance efficiency on the wireless frequency, this paper has designed a flat roof in controlling dynamic data transmission. It can receive and sendoff and treat with the dynamic data under the rule. This paper expatiated the configuration of the whole system firstly. It used TK980 as its transmitter-receiver. It used single chip as its main controlling CPU. It designed power testing and switch. It designed controlling current of the system. It gave a lot of program in the software designation. In its function, it can realize receiving the train information from the train monitor, receiving train accident information, receiving road accident information, receiving wind pressure information and alarm information. All the information is in the dynamic data form. it can realize sending train information on its way, sending train accident information, sending road accident information. And all the information is in the dynamic data form also. The paper includes two sides--hardware design and software design. In the hardware design, it includes channel machine,power testing & switch and interface of the mainboard. In the software design, it includes POSCAG coder,data information coder-decoder and series interface simulation and also CRC checker. The paper has a meaning that using mature technology and apparatus and standard module, it is fit for the upgrade of the former system.
