Welded steel tubular structure is widely used in the project in recent years, corresponding research is being launched in an all-round way. In space structure, when some of the tubular joints of a structure need to be reinforced as a result of last minute alteration and /or addition of loading conditions, the most convenient and less costly method is to reinforce the tubular joints with internal ring stiffeners. Internally ring-stiffened joints use annular stiffeners that are welded internally into the chord, in the region of brace /chord intersection. This text draws lessons from the research approaches of some scholars on the basis of already having research results, the method of the non-linear finite element analysis be adopted, according to the nodal characteristic which the commonly used circular tubular , analysis and research of comparing a large amount of Y , K , KK nodes systematically. Set up corresponding finite element and analysis models, use ANSYS non-linear finite element analytic approach, have set up the joints which ring-strengthened and carried on the static elastoplastic analysis.First of all, according to what the domestic and international experts recommend enhancement ring size that used when set up the strengthening ring in the Y, T joints, using it to Y-joints finite element models, testify rationality of recommend size carry on finite element model analysis provided. The capability and deformation of different kinds of ring-strengthened joints which under different loads type were analysis . And also the ductility character of the ring-strengthened Y-joints was discussed. The result of calculation indicates, is very effective to improve the capability and reduce the deformation of joints, by set up rings at the location of joint region which the joints ware at different kinds of load.Secondly, apply reasonable strengthened ring size which used in Y-joints to K-joints. Distributing different number of enhancement ring at the joint load concentrate positions. Not only strength performance and deformation of joints which with different numbers and size of ring was analysis, but also the deformation and stress distribution in the stiffeners. And to K is it pass through node strengthen with the node of the sleeve pipe to in charge of while being round. Under the same joint size, strengthen the joint using sleeve pipe .Comparing the increase in ultimate loads of joints and material consumption. Proved the superiority of ring stiffeners in the strengthened of the joints .Thirdly, strengthen rings ware passing through the crown points respectively. Research the capability and deformation.Finally, comparing the stress concentration factor, joints destroy model under different kinds of loads, the utilize of ring stiffeners, the increase of capability in Y-joints, K-joints, KK-joints.
