| A unified model is given for power electronic circuits based on hybrid system theory in this paper. This model can be used for parameter identification. Based on this model, a parameter identification method that can be applied in fault diagnosis is presented. Through this method on-line parameter identification can be achieved. Then we present hybrid models of six kinds of DC/DC circuits (including CCM and DCM) and three phases rectifier and inverter. And we can identify the parameters by using least square algorithm based on these models. To prove the validity of this method, experiments of Buck circuit are designed. In these experiments the inductance, capacitance, load resistance and ESR of capacitor are identified. |
