| As a kind of mechanical-electronic product, the induction-motor is applied in the industry agriculture and daily life widely. The efficiency level of the motor has direct relation with energy saving, environment conservation and cost saving. So it has important significance to test the efficiency of the motor exactly. According to the fact that the efficiency of the motor working in the oil field is so low that it induces energy wasting , the equipment which is portable for testing the efficiency of the induction-motor is designed.In this design, there are mainly about following steps. Firstly, stator resistance are determined by DC experiment. Secondly through the way of sampling current and voltage instantaneous value of the induction-motor 's stators under the no-load and the short circuit conditions, calculate effective value and power factor based on whole cycle Fourier arithmetic. Thirdly based on the ameliorative equivalent circuit, the efficiency of the motor used in oil field can be gotten. The DSP and FFT are connected effectively in this equipment. So in this thesis the method of efficiency testing is introduced at first. Then the equivalent T-circuit is modified in case of counting for Kelvin effect. At last the implement of hardware and software is recommended concretely. |
