| In allusion to the questions caused by large invalid energy-consuming, frequent sewage overflow and lack of corresponding control for pumping stations in current urban sewage-discharging system, a sort of digital drainage system based on network control was presented. Through network's communication function, the system realized corresponding discharging among pumping stations and long-distance watch & control, based on the intelligent energy-saving control for single pumping station.The system was constituted with B/S model based on the web server, which formed a network control loop, an intelligent digital adjustment system in drainage system. The web server is the superior corresponding control unit of all the subsystems in pumping stations' locales, which can realize intelligent decision-making and attempering for pumping stations' drainage. At the same time, the web server has data issuance function so that managers can access, watch and manipulate the system from every computer connected to Internet through universal browser.Firstly the paper analyzed the energy-saving mechanism of single pumping station, and an efficient energy-saving control scheme of governor-discharge operation mode at the standard object water level and corresponding control strategy were presented to achieve the best control effect. Based on the above, the network control system of the whole urban sewage-discharging system was presented, and some of the system's questions were discussed in detail, such as system structure, run principle, run models and so on. The system's universal technology realization and some problems existing in long-distance control system were discussed, and the system had been simulated and realized making use of Campus-Wide Information Network and existing facilities of laboratory such as industry control computer, data collection card, transducer, electromotor, etc. The lab system's software development platform is Delphi, which had been used to achieve web service program, socket communication program and other control program for the lab system. Through thesystem structured above, several experiments such as multi-point data transfers and long-distance adjustment and control were carried out, whose results proved reliability of the system and intelligent attempering function of the web server, with some correlative experiment data and curves educed as a plus. The results of simulative run indicated that the network control approach for digital drainage system presented this paper was feasible and contributing.Finally, the application foreground in the real system under Internet was expected. |
