| Detailed research on the control of Current Regulated Inverter is presented in this thesis. Control technologies of the Power Factor Correction stage and the Inverter stage implemented by both analog and digital control methods are discussed. The mixed control strategy which is based on the analog control for converters and the digital control for the system is proposed, as well as the digital real-time control strategy for converters of the Current Regulated Inverter.The Power Factor Correction analog control circuit is designed. For the analog control of the inverter, a dual-loop control strategy with average load current feedback is introduced first; then in order to solve the problems of this strategy, another dual-loop control strategy with instantaneous load current feedback is proposed and discussed in detail. The two control modes are compared, and the simulation and experimental results verify the analysis.The mixed control system of the Current Regulated Inverter, which employs analog control circuits to fulfill the control of two-stage converters and utilizes digital control system to implement the monitor of the Current Regulated Inverter and the thermal test, is designed and developed.The real-time control strategy, which will substitute analogy control for the Current Regulated Inverter, including the control for both PFC and Inverter, is proposed in this thesis. At last, a DSP-based low power prototype of Current Regulated Inverter is designed and developed. |
