Based On Wavelet Missile Test Signal Processing And Fault Diagnosis

The dynamic testing signal processing and fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) problems in the missile control system ground testing are studied in this paper. The major researching is application in MCSGT and FDD based on wavelet theory. Wavelet Analysis (WA) is utilized for the testing signals processing combining with Fourier Analysis System Identification and Neural Networks(NN), and applied to fault diagnosis in a missile control system . The main researching work and results are summarized as follows.1. For resolving the problem in real application of selecting wavelet base suitably, the construction ways of orthogonal wavelet base are studied and a selection criterion of optimum wavelet base is proposed.2. Utilizing the specialty of the multi-resolution analysis and Time-frequency localization of WA, a processing way of non-stationary signal is provided .3. According to the property of linear and energy conservation of wave packets, a fault diagnosis method based on wavelet Transform is presented, and used in the servo mechanism testing of missile .The result is satisfied.4. In view of the noise problems in the signal processing of control system test, make full use of the differences performance of white noise and singular signal under the WT, a wavelet network with color noise filter is constructed, and used in test signal noise-delete process for separate of signal and noise effectively. The simulation shows that the method can be used to remove white and color noise remarkably.The researching result in this paper possesses a value of application and theory in FDD of missile control system.
